We extend a warm and heartfelt welcome once again to the honorific CEO of RDB, Mr. Francis Gatare, and Mr. Gao business councilor from the Chinese Embassy and other distinguished representatives for their visit to C&D Products Rwanda Co., Ltd..

Led by CEO Gordon Gu, we toured C&D's four factory units and gained detailed understandings of the production processes and techniques, including cutting, semi-automatic sewing, packing, and finishing, as well as the remarkable achievements C&D has made over the past six years. We also held discussions on related topics, which yielded excellent results. During this period, RDB and the Chinese Embassy gave positive feedback on our company's development and expressed affirmation for our future expansion plans.

C&D sincerely appreciates the support from all parties. C&D's growth and success in Rwanda would not have been possible without the support of the Rwandan government, especially the assistance from RDB and support from Chinese Embassy and our valued partners. In challenging times, C&D not only overcame the difficulties posed by the pandemic but also safeguarded the livelihoods of 6,000 Rwandan employees. This achievement is not only due to the company's strong management, outstanding operations, and commitment to social responsibility, but also, importantly, to the supportive business environment and governance provided by the Rwandan government.

As we start to scratch our plan for the next phase to continue our growth to become a mega factory with 10,000 employees. We look forward to a deeper and stronger collaboration with RDB under its guidance. We are confident that C&D will develop into a miracle and a model for foreign-invested manufacturing companies in Rwanda, deeply rooted and thriving.
