Recently, our company took a significant step towards strengthening our global operations by organizing a visit to our factory in Rwanda. Led by our General Manager from Hangzhou and supported by our Finance Managers from Hong Kong, this visit aimed to facilitate skill transfer and foster smoother collaboration between our local and international teams. Sharing Expertise and Building Bridges:

During the visit, our General Manager, along with the Finance Managers, actively engaged with our dedicated local manager in Rwanda. The primary focus was on sharing their expertise, exchanging best practices, and transferring valuable skills to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations in Rwanda. The face-to-face interaction allowed for a deeper understanding of the local context, challenges, and opportunities, fostering stronger bonds and building bridges of collaboration.

Effective communication is crucial in any international cooperation. Recognizing this, managers from China visited the workshop and talked to the workers from the assembly lines. By fostering open dialogue and encouraging cross-cultural exchanges.we have established a solid foundation for seamless information flow, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
