In partnership with the Rwandan government, C&D has proposed a comprehensive long-term initiative aimed at engaging and inspiring young students to explore the manufacturing industry, a vital component of the nation's economic growth strategy.

Through immersive experiences such as factory and workshop visits, C&D Rwanda provides local students with invaluable real-world insights into the manufacturing sector. By bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical applications, we strive to enhance their learning journey and ignite their motivation. This initiative promises to enrich their educational experience and broaden their horizons.

Moreover, by deepening their understanding of the manufacturing industry, students are exposed to potential career paths they may not have previously considered. This exposure can serve as a catalyst for pursuing studies in fields such as engineering, technology, and business management, fostering a new generation of skilled professionals.
