Coperate Social Responsibility

OUR OBJECTIVE

In building up our CSR program, our core value is "work to share," which extends beyond simply providing basic resources and fair salaries for our employees in underdeveloped regions. We believe in supporting our workers' personal growth and contributing to the local economy of Rwanda through knowledge-sharing initiatives. In particular, we are committed to building up African women, who make up 80% of our workforce, and supporting their children.

Our goal is to provide 7500 quality jobs by 2025 and provide fair wage pay that is 25% above the country's minimum wage. We hope to help local people with skills that will benefit them in a longer time frame and support local economic growth by increasing Rwanda's export Revenue.

Our path towards achieving this goal involves forming a mutually beneficial relationship with Rwanda to support local economics while prioritizing human rights protection as one of our basic responsibilities.

We have been managing and making significant progress in this regard.

SUPPORT RWANDA EMPLOYMENT AND THIER FAMILY

In 2020, we established a free nursery/kindergarten on-site to provide a safe and nurturing environment for female employees to leave their children during working hours.  The facility is equipped with books, toys, and educational tools to support the development of workers' children. This not only supports our workers' childcare needs but also helps empower more local females by enabling them to gain work experience and job opportunities. To prioritize the health and well-being of our female employees, we offer on-site infirmaries stocked with free sanitary products.

All 4800+ workers and their children attending the nursery/kindergarten can enjoy free daily balanced meals provided by the company, ensuring they have access to nutritious food without any financial burden.
