C&D Products Group, established in 1998, is a professional textile import and export company with owned production sites in China, Southeast Asia (Bangladesh), and Africa (Rwanda). We specialize in outerwear products, including casual jackets, outdoor wear, work wear, casual pants, bags, suits, and more. Coordinating with our Hong Kong office for worldwide operations, we have expanded our operation overseas to over seven countries. After over 20 years of dedicated work, C&D has developed a global network and provided high-quality goods for customers worldwide. Among the many sales offices we run, such as Studio DSG Ltd. (France), GMA Ltd. Hong Kong; Cristar (Spain); C&D Rwanda Co. Ltd.;C&D Products (HK) Co.Ltd. For every season, our sourcing team assembles new collections with the most developed materials and styles for our customers. The design team would meticulously tailored the products cater to the unique demands of each customer. We have realized computer designing, automatic cutting, special equipments sewing, hanging transportation and more automated process to ensure the quality of products. Our pattern-making precision and automated cutting equipment ensure a meticulous fit and accurate sizing. Our machinery tailored for production optimizes the stitch quality, ensuring that every piece meets our high standards for fit and finish.
Our state-of-the-art cutting machines guarantee fabric shape accuracy, ensuring impeccable fit and style. Every piece undergoes stringent quality control, ensuring it meets our exacting standards for performance and aesthetics. We uses specialized Softshell sewing machines handle high-performance fabric, making jackets and garments that are both windproof and waterproof. Our specialized quilting machines expertly interlace insulation layers, creating garments that provide optimal warmth and comfort. Pattern-making precision guarantees a snug yet flexible fit. Automated cutting equipment ensures insulation distribution consistency, while sealing machinery further enhances performance.
Apart from our production sites in China, C&D had the ambitious vision to establish overseas production facilities, reflecting our dedication to excellence and innovation. As we embark on this journey, we proudly introduce our integrated factories, C&D Rwanda Co.Ltd. and Wucho Fashion Ltd.
Located at the heart of Rwanda's Prime Economic zone, C&D Rwanda Co.Ltd. has been expanding since its launch in 2019. These state-of-the-art factories, comprising four well-equipped units, have specialized in different categories of garments. We have placed paramount emphasis on quality and production efficiency while conducting knowledge transfer to help the local economy. Right now, we have a production size of 50,000m2, a building area of 40,000m2, 4700 workers: and a monthly capacity of 18,000 pieces.
Our Bangladesh factroy Wucho Fashion Ltd. is nestled in an organized Industrial estate near Dhaka EPZ, Dhaka. As a factory with 18 production lines, a skilled management team of 80 members, and a dedicated workforce of 1500 employees, we specialize in crafting high-quality woven garments. Our expertise spans a diverse range, from real down jackets, padding jackets, ski jackets, and casual jackets to garment wash jackets and casual pants.
